The Category B listed historic building was renamed Lady Matheson Court and has been converted to six residential flats which were completed in July.

Through joint efforts of Lewis Builders and the planning staff at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar (CNES), what was a derelict but much valued heritage site, has been successfully brought back to life.
