Hollis expands environmental consultancy team with key appointment
International, independent real estate consultancy Hollis has expanded its environmental consultancy team with the appointment of Pamela Hall as an associate in Edinburgh.
Hall is responsible for advising clients on the environmental as well as health and safety risks and opportunities associated with property transactions and merger and acquisition due diligence.
After more than 18 years working at engineering, design and consultancy Ramboll, she has developed expert knowledge of UK environmental and health and safety legislation as well as extensive experience providing contaminated land risk assessments - Phase 1 Environmental Assessments - to institutional property investors.
Hall achieved an Environmental Chemistry BSc (Hons) from the University of Stirling and is a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA).
Vikki Aitkenhead, head of environmental consultancy at Hollis, said: “Pamela’s technical skills and understanding of the UK’s regulatory environment will be invaluable to clients as they continue to navigate environmental considerations in both property and corporate transactions. We are delighted Pamela has joined our growing team in Edinburgh and I wish her a long and successful career at Hollis.”
