Mark Coulter

Mr Coulter brings to the Edinburgh-based company a wealth of knowledge and experience within property and business and in driving significant growth.

He was previously a director at Savills, managing director at Lindsays and the founder of Coulter’s. He now runs Ellison’s, a boutique property consultancy.

Homey is a specialist in in pre-sale renovations and helps to get properties renovated, on the market and sold in a matter of weeks. Its contractors deal with ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, dealing with architects and planning, selecting the right vetted contractors and the renovations which maximise ROI, and Homey then works with the estate agent to help them sell.
