Argyll Homes for All (AHFA), the repairs and maintenance subsidiary of Argyll Community Housing Association, were awarded the contract which will see them delivering the routine, void, and emergency repairs contracts for the majority of WHHA housing stock in Argyll, including Oban and the islands of Mull and Iona.

The contract is expected to last over the next four years in the first instance and is worth up to £3 million.

The new partnership between both organisations will offer improved services for tenants, as well as continuing to keep jobs locally in Argyll.

“One of the aims in our recently published Corporate Plan is to continue to develop and grow our organisation by delivering much-needed new homes in Argyll, as well as continuing to improve services for our tenants. This new contract award fits perfectly with these aims.”

As ACHA’s repairs subsidiary, Argyll Homes for All understands the needs of housing associations to deliver quality repairs for tenants and this is something that we will work with WHHA to deliver on over the course of our partnership.”
