J. Keith Denholm
It is with great sadness that Allied Surveyors Scotland has to advise of the passing of J. Keith Denholm on Friday 12th July 2024, aged 57 years.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, the company said: “Keith was at the heart of our business for almost 40 years starting as an apprentice surveyor in 1984 and following qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor (ARICS) then FRICS he served both on the Board of Allied Surveyors Scotland and as a senior equity Partner in parent company CRGP Robertson.
“Keith served on a number of RICS boards and as chairman of the Residential Property Professional Group for several years, a board on which he continued to sit and advise.
“Keith was a highly regarded and respected member of the property world in the West of Scotland, acting for property owners and their advisors across a range of issues on which a trusted and independent opinion was needed.
“Keith will be missed by all who know him in business, none more so than his colleagues here at Allied. He is survived by his mum Avril, Hilary and daughters Eve and Iona along with his partner Tara.”
