JAD Joinery Limited goes into liquidation
Edinburgh-based JAD Joinery Limited has gone into liquidation less than a year after recording a record turnover.
Alistair McAlinden and Blair Nimmo of Interpath Advisory have been appointed as joint interim liquidators.
Founded in 2002, JAD Joinery is a multi-accredited construction and interior fit-out contractor providing turnkey solutions.
It became a limited company in 2012 and recorded a £5.5 million turnover in 2019/20 in spite of the Covid-19 pandemic, nearly £1 million up from 2018/19.
Mr McAlinden and Mr Nimmo were appointed liquidators of the company on July 15.
