Jane has been with the company since February 2000, initially joining as a Development Surveyor. She was promoted to Head of Commercial in January 2023, where she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commercial property portfolio.

Jane’s promotion to Development Director further strengthens the board at J. Smart & Co. as the company continues its growth and progression within the industry. Additionally, Jane’s leadership will be integral to advancing the company’s commitment to sustainability across its ventures and operations.
