Janey Douglas has been promoted to senior director and will continue her role as head of sustainability for the UK capital markets team.

Andrew McCracken has been promoted to director in the industrial and logistics team, in a brief that will see him lead on all work across Scotland and the North of England. He will be supported by Scott McPherson, who has been made an associate on the same team.

Meanwhile, Ewan Scott and Meg Beattie have been promoted to associates, supporting the UK capital markets and office agency teams respectively.

Jamie Cowan and Olivia Ritchie have been promoted to the role of senior surveyor in the residential and development and real estate management services teams, while Chloe Mann has been made surveyor.
