Jonathan brings with him extensive experience in residential surveying and valuation, having worked across the Scottish property market for over two decades. In his role with Harvey Donaldson & Gibson - part of the Countrywide Group - he has played a central role in driving operational improvements and supporting professional development across the firm’s network of RICS-qualified surveyors.

His appointment will support RICS Scotland’s strategic focus on quality, regulation, and leadership in the profession at a time of major change across the housing, valuation and infrastructure sectors.

RICS Scotland is the Scottish arm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the internationally respected professional body responsible for setting and upholding standards across land, property, infrastructure, and construction.
