The project will involve the construction of:

• Drainage
• Utilities
• Street lighting
• Foundations, ground floor slabs and substructure brickwork/blockwork
• Upgrades to the A89 Road
• New roads and pavements; and
• Hard landscaping works to the houses

A spokesperson for Kilmac said: “This is a unique project in Scotland as Ardent is utilising modular construction to build the houses, which come fully mechanically and electrically serviced, bathrooms and kitchens fully installed and snagged prior to being delivered to site.

“This will be Kilmac’s first project with Ardent and we are looking forward to collaborating to deliver yet another successful project in the West Lothian area.”
