As part of the project, Kilmac will construct three semi-detached houses, two units within a four-in-a-block structure, and a block comprisign seven flats.

These new homes will contribute to the expansion of housing options in Dundee.

Kilmac is set to commence work on this exciting project in March 2024, with an estimated completion date in winter 2024.

The firm said it is delighted to have been selected for this project and is dedicated to contributing to the growth and improvement of residential offerings in Dundee.
