Kilmac drafted in by Robertson for Passivhaus school groundworks
Kilmac is to continue its relationship with Robertson Group after successfully winning the groundworks package for the first Passivhaus primary school in Scotland.

The school, which will replace both the current North Muirton and Balhousie Primary Schools in Perth, will have a capacity for 500 pupils and will incorporate a nursery and additional support needs.
Having started in October, the project is due to be completed in early 2023.
To be undertaken over 35 weeks, the Kilmac works will include:
- 4700m3 earthworks
- Foundations
- Foul/surface water drainage including attenuation tanks
- Hard landscaping – kerbing, timber steps, play top surfacing, block paving, slab paving
- Street furniture
- External services & lighting
