Kiloh is based in Glasgow, with five offices and many commercial and energy clients throughout the United Kingdom.

The addition of Kiloh expands LaBella’s European presence beyond Spain where it currently has its architectural and electro-mechanical specialist services.

Steve Metzger, CEO of LaBella, said: “This year we are marking ten years since LaBella established our first international office in Spain, which has been an unqualified success. Kiloh’s owner Stuart Burke said he identified a kindred growth mindset between the two companies.

He added: “We work with many large clients who have more needs than Kiloh can fill alone. With the scale LaBella brings, we can grow together and offer additional solutions.”

Existing clients and contracts will not experience any changes as a result of the deal, although a transition from Kiloh to the LaBella brand is expected. Stuart Burke will remain the leader of LaBella’s operations in the United Kingdom.
