- Type:Other, Leisure
- Applications:
- Team:Lippe Architects (architect)
Local charity Action Kintore has enlisted Lippe Architects to reimagine the A-listed council office as a community hub.
Under the plans, the ground floor would see the addition of a new extension, principally glass-based to the right of the main building which would form part of the community cafe which would see a total of 46 covers, with a kitchen to the rear of the building.
On the first floor, an assembly room of 5m by 12m also has the capacity for a small portable stage, while there is also a smaller committee room available and a new lift would be added.
