Langstane Housing Association appoints Bob Jack as new director of property

Langstane Housing Association has appointed Bob Jack as its new director of property. 

He will officially begin his role in June 2025, bringing over 35 years of extensive experience in the property and construction sector.

Bob Jack has built a distinguished career, most recently serving as service manager (construction services) at Dundee City Council. Prior to this, he spent more than 14 years at Hillcrest Maintenance Ltd, advancing from an operational role to become head of Hillcrest Maintenance. His expertise, leadership, and innovative approach has made him a respected figure in the industry.



In his new role, he will lead the strategic development of property initiatives at Langstane Housing Association, working closely with the team to establish actionable goals that drive progress and enhance service delivery.

Bob Jack expressed his enthusiasm, saying: “Langstane’s mission, vision, and values closely align with my own. I am excited to contribute to the Association’s growth and success as we tackle some of the housing sector’s most complex challenges.”
