The procurement consortium is forming a new framework of approved contractors for launch in late summer 2015 to replace its existing aluminium windows and doors framework that comes to the end of its four year time frame this year.

The framework will be available on a regional basis across 14 areas across England, Wales and Scotland.

Companies large and small who are involved in the refurbishment or new build of social housing, schools, community centres and other public sector buildings can tender for the EU compliant framework.

The Contract Notice and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for LHC’s new aluminium windows and doors framework is now available to download via LHC’s e-tendering portal.

Companies have until 26 March to submit completed PQQs.
