Starting life in 1993 as a labour-only family business, then known as John Holmes Contractors, offering dry lining and suspended ceiling solutions, the business evolved to Linear Projects in 2003, going on to secure a turnover of £1m a year later. 

The steady growth and expansion of Linear Projects has ensured stability and strength, with it now working with a number of the UK’s largest contractors, on some of their most significant and major projects. In the last two years alone, Linear Projects has worked on the multi award-winning new Macallan Distillery and Visitor Experience and was appointed by Robertson to deliver interior packages on its largest project to date, the new Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, with a value of £15m.

When my father started this business, this was his commitment and we hold it true today as much as he did 25 years ago.
