Construction of the £6.2 million development, located off Laxford Place in Coatbridge, started in July 2020 using £3.421m of Scottish Government funding, with the remainder provided by Link and private lenders.

Built by The JR Group, the development consists of one, two and three-bedroom properties for general social rent and two wheelchair-accessible properties.

Laxford Place builds on Link’s ambitious plan to deliver 3,381 affordable, high-quality homes over the next five years.

Since 2020, Link has completed three developments in North Lanarkshire and currently has one development on-site in Motherwell.
