Liquidators appointed to Glasgow kitchen manufacturer
Kitchen and bedroom manufacturer Trade Kitchen Centre Limited has applied to Glasgow Sheriff Court to be wound up under the Insolvency Act 1986.
Tony Friar and Blair Nimmo of KPMG LLP have been appointed as interim liquidators. Solicitor firm Raeside Chisholm Solicitors is acting for the company.
The company claims to have been, at least at one point since its establishment in 1993, Scotland’s largest and most successful kitchen and bedroom manufacturer.
Parties claiming an interest must lodge answers with Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days.
