Persimmon West Scotland has celebrated four of its long-serving employees who have collectively dedicated 90 years to the company.

Their commitment and expertise have been instrumental in the company’s continued success and growth within the housebuilding industry.

The four employees being celebrated for their exceptional service are:



  • Stephen Tamburini – 35 years
  • George Laughlin – 25 years
  • James Lochrie – 20 years
  • Derek Morton – 10 years

Stephen Tamburini, with an impressive 35 years at Persimmon West Scotland, has been a cornerstone of the company’s operations. His knowledge has guided countless projects to successful completion, making a lasting impact on both the business and the communities they create.

George Laughlin has dedicated 25 years to the company, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism and commitment. His expertise has been vital in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the team’s building processes.

James Lochrie, celebrating 20 years with Persimmon, has contributed significantly to the company’s success through his dedication and hard work. His focus on delivering quality homes has earned him the respect of his colleagues and clients alike.



Derek Morton, who marks a decade with the company, quickly established himself as a key member of the team. His insight and enthusiasm have been invaluable to the continuous improvement of Persimmon’s operations.
