Lorn Macneal Architects reveals progress on developments
Lorn Macneal Architects has announced that the major refurbishment of the historically listed 16th century Woodhall House in Colinton and Ballewan House in Stirlingshire are now complete.
The practice has started the major refurbishment of Orbost House in Dunvegan, Isle of Skye. The ‘B’ Listed mansionhouse dates back to the 17th century and is undergoing a first phase work of consolidation, rot treatments and external works ahead of the full internal restoration project later in the year.
Works have also progressed in forming a new 5000 ftsq four storey house in Inverleith boasting the most stunning views overlooking the Edinburgh Academy sports field and the Edinburgh skyline. It is due for completion in December.
The pair of asymmetrical listed villas flanking each side are now progressed in their full refurbishment in returning them from Edinburgh Academy Boarding Houses into 500 ftsq private homes.
