Mactaggart & Mickel Homes has become the first housebuilder in Scotland to be awarded the coveted Investors in People Platinum accreditation - and just the second across the UK.

Th​e IIP Platinum accolade is the highest level which can be achieved against the Investors in People Standard. Only 2% of IIP-accredited organisations in the UK – just 78 companies – have attained this standard.

Marion Forbes, director at Mactaggart & Mickel Homes, said the award recognises the success of the family-owned company’s commitment to develop, reward and support employees.
