Family housebuilder Mactaggart & Mickel Homes has strengthened its Board with the appointment of Craig Ormond as homes director.

An accomplished land manager, Craig joined the business in 2007 to assist in the expansion and promotion of the land portfolio through planning. He will support the execution of the company’s vision to deliver quality, reliability and integrity, both to new build purchasers and external clients.

Group chairman Bruce Mickel said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for Mactaggart & Mickel Homes. During his time with the company, Craig has played a key role in securing planning permissions for a wide range of residential, commercial and missed use projects. His appointment to the Board will further strengthen our ability to develop our strategic land proposition and help position us for future growth.”
