Malcolm Allan plans for 30 homes in Aberdeen
Plans have been submitted with Aberdeen City Council to build 30 affordable homes.
The planned development would made up of 100% affordable housing and be built on the site of the former Braeside Primary School in Aberdeen’s west end.
According to Malcolm Allan Housebuilders the properties will be a combination of of three and four-bedroom and include five wheelchair accessible units.
Architects Halliday Fraser Munro said: “The development will provide a mix of affordable house sizes and types including accessible
homes responding to housing need within the area.
“The site is in a walkable location with access to local services and facilities including schools, library, medical centre, church, gym, local shops etc meeting the emerging NPF4’s aim to promote localism and the creation of a sustainable 20 minute neighbourhoods.”
