He will be based in the firm’s Perth office with a brief to cover Perthshire, Tayside and all points north.

A graduate of Heriot-Watt University, with over 18 years in the building surveying industry, Martyn qualified with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2015 and worked for a number of professional firms, based for the most part, in Tayside.

He said: “In my new role I am undertaking a wider scope of work. It is exciting to play a part in DM Hall’s fresh, different approach and I am greatly enjoying being part of our eleven-strong Building Surveying team.”
