Comprising of homes for affordable rent, the project proposes a mix of 2 and 3-bed homes, all designed to Housing for Varying Needs standards, on a longstanding gap site formerly occupied by Ardeer Primary School.

The design incorporates a mix of brick, render and cladding details with chimney features introduced as a response to the local context.

In a LinkedIn post, MAST Architects said: “We are looking forward to progressing to a site start in 2023 alongside our design team partners TCS Construction Consultants, Cowal Design Consultants Limited and MBLA design Ltd.”
