Classroom alterations will be delivered at Boroughmuir High School over the summer holiday period, along with kitchen alterations at Hermitage Park Primary School. Work has also started at Granton Primary School for the provision of upgraded toilet facilities.

A larger refurbishment project at Parsons Green Primary School includes roofing upgrades, window replacement, M&E upgrades including solar PV panels and new toilet facilities.

Enabling works at Wester Hailes High School, in preparation for a new school extension, include classroom reconfigurations, furniture decants, MEP alterations, services diversions, demolition of three blocks and the construction of a new haul road including a concrete retaining wall.
