Maxi Construction welcomes involvement on SPA’s PB3 framework
Maxi Construction has hailed its appointment to the Scottish Procurement Alliance’s Public Buildings & Infrastructure (PB3) Framework.
The Livingston-based contractor was one of fifteen firms to have won places on the new £500 million framework to deliver new build, infrastructure and refurbishment works for the public sector in Scotland.
Appointed to Workstream 1 for new build works up to £2m, the four-year framework is available to all local authorities, housing associations and other public sector bodies for the procurement of construction works.
Maxi Construction’s MD, John Aitchison, said: “Our appointment to the SPA’s Public Buildings & Infrastructure Framework confirms Maxi’s position as a key provider of public sector construction works in Scotland. We look forward to delivering community, education and healthcare buildings for new and existing public sector clients.”
Clive Feeney, director at Scottish Procurement Alliance, said: “As a not-for-profit technical organisation, SPA support Scottish Government’s sustainable procurement duty through our intelligent procurement solutions.
“Our appointed companies go through rigorous assessment to ensure they are able to offer our Scottish public sector partners the highest levels of service. We are delighted that Maxi Construction has been appointed to Workstream 1 of our new Public Buildings and Infrastructure Framework, which runs until September 2025.”
