Maxi secures place on NHS Scotland Minor Works Framework
Maxi Construction has secured a place on The Common Services Agency (NHS National Services Scotland) Minor Works Framework.
The Livingston-based contractor has been appointed to the Low Value (£50k-£500k) and Medium Value (£500k-£1.5m) Lots for various health board areas throughout central and southern Scotland.
The four-year framework for new build and refurbishment projects is also available for use by other public sector bodies and charities.
Maxi Construction’s MD, John Aitchison, said: “Our appointment to The Common Services Agency Minor Works Framework provides us with an opportunity to build on our experience of successfully delivering public sector works and provides another procurement route for existing and new public sector clients to engage with us in the delivery of capital works projects.”
The framework went live on 1 September 2023.
