The framework has been developed to assist the Scottish Government’s target to deliver 50,000 new homes by 2021 and enables any publicly funded body in Scotland to appoint framework contractors directly or through mini-competition.

The framework will be offered in three project sizes in multiple regions:

McTaggart Construction has secured a framework appointment for all the lots and locations it applied for, which includes nine lots in each of the categories above across central Scotland and beyond. The framework started in May 2018 and is valid for 4 years.
