Miller Homes announces key land acquisitions across east of Scotland
Miller Homes has secured the purchase of land at multiple locations across the east of Scotland, bringing 526 much-needed new homes to popular towns and communities.
The Edinburgh-based homebuilder, which for over 85 years has helped build and bolster communities across the central belt, will now begin work on new developments at Winton View in Tranent, Carberry Grange in Whitecraig, Station Brae in Maddiston, Victoria Wynd in Kirkcaldy and Calderwood in East Calder.
These new developments will feature homes in a range of styles and sizes and, in the case of Calderwood, delivers a second phase of the development from Miller Homes.
The Winton View development will feature 99 three-to-five-bedroom homes and Carberry Grange will include 187 three-to-five-bedroom properties, plus 63 affordable homes. Station Brae will comprise of 72 terraced, semi-detached, and detached homes and 24 affordable homes, while Victoria Wynd will include 105 three and four-bedroom homes.
