Located in a sustainable and accessible location (by virtue of its close proximity to shops, services and schools, which are within walking distance), the development has the potential to bring significant benefits to the existing local community.

If approved, the new development will offer a choice of two to five-bed properties that will be ideal for first-time buyers, families or downsizers.

The second community consultation event will be held in person on Wednesday 26 October and will allow members of the community who didn’t visit the digital online event to view the proposals.

It will also allow Miller to update residents on the feedback received at the first event, which included strong local interest in protecting Davies Park and how it could be improved and safeguarded for future generations to enjoy.

The public exhibition will take place next Wednesday, between 3.30-8.00 pm in the medium hall, Millbridge Hall, Old Causeway, Kinross KY13 8DW. The development and design teams will be available to answer questions.
