Mitie secures repairs and maintenance contract with Maryhill Housing Association
Mitie’s property management business has been awarded a new contract with Maryhill Housing Association.
The new contract will see Mitie deliver a range of reactive repairs and maintenance works over the three-year contract, which has an optional two-year extension.
The contract win follows a succession of recent contract awards celebrated by the property management business in recent months, helping to expand its operational and geographical footprint in Scotland.
Bryony Willett, chief executive of Maryhill Housing Association, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Mitie’s property management business for our repair and maintenance works. We believe that Mitie’s property management services will help us deliver an excellent repairs service to our tenants. We look forward to building a strong working approach with Mitie for the benefit of all of our customers.”
Craig Boath, director of housing at Mitie, added: “This is great news for our social housing team; we look forward to building on this new relationship and the excellent track record that our property management team has established in this sector.”
