MP visits Barratt and David Wilson Homes sites in Elgin

Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes North Scotland welcomed Graham Leadbitter, MP for Moray West, Nairn and Strathspey, to its two Findrassie sites last month to showcase the new homes and transformation of the area.

The housebuilder invited Mr Leadbitter to take a tour of the sites and see first-hand how the development’s new build homes will benefit the local community, with 187 couples and families having already moved in across both sites. The Barratt Homes development was launched in May 2021, with the David Wilson Homes site launching in November 2022.

During the visit, Mr Leadbitter met with managing director David Palmer, technical director Scott Pettitt, construction director Kevin Urquhart, contracts manager David Shearer, as well as site managers Martin Rait and David Cooper, all of whom have been integral to the planning and delivery of homes on the developments.
