The first to land was a bespoke manufacturing facility in Eurocentral, closely followed by a publicly funded new build, advanced factory unit in Irvine, and the latest a large-scale warehouse redevelopment in Newbridge.

With client’s budgets stretched the tender process very often roles into a value engineering stage and this is where engagement with the client and the design team in a collaborative, proactive and transparent manner pays dividends allowing projects to proceed with confidence.”

Looking forward, Muir Construction’s estimating and management team are currently bringing their expertise to the table on a number of projects which are being shaped to suit changing needs and trends in negotiated tenders, 2-stage tenders, and open single stage tendering. A series of future tender opportunities have also been confirmed.
