The Heartlands project is one of Europe’s largest regeneration schemes, encompassing over 1,000 new homes spread across multiple phases. As part of this significant development, Muir Timber Systems will provide essential components for 47 private homes, including a combination of materials and internally prefabricated timber wall partitions. These components will complement WElink’s steel structure approach for the homes completed as part of this phase of the development.

Muir Timber Systems is part of the family-owned Muir Group and was originally established to serve its sister companies, Muir Construction and Muir Homes. Over the years, the company has grown to supply timber solutions for a variety of contractors and homebuilders across Scotland.
