As part of Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2022, Mulholland Contracts is to recruit more than 20 new apprentices at its West Lothian-based business by the end of the year. Apprentice positions will be spread across the groundworks, surfacing and multi utilities divisions. 

The new recruits will also support the company’s expansion planned for 2022 and beyond. The new roles are an exciting opportunity to work at its clients’ many sites throughout the Central Belt, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, and Dundee.

Kevin Breen, finance director, said: “Despite the uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we’ve continued to recruit and attract brilliant people into our business. With the 50th Anniversary in two years we have set a target of increasing the number of employees by 50. It’s a very exciting time to join us at Mulholland.”
