Neil Kirk returns to Allied Surveyors as land and development expert
Allied Surveyors Scotland has appointed Neil Kirk as director in its land and development surveying team.
The move marks a homecoming for Neil, who began his career at Allied Surveyors in 2001 as a residential surveyor covering Perthshire and Dundee. Neil joins Allied Surveyors following a distinguished career spanning more than two decades, with senior roles at prominent firms including Knight Frank, where he served as a Partner in the Edinburgh office for over six years, J&E Shepherd, and Cushman & Wakefield.

He will serve a diverse client base, including private individuals and commercial lending institutions, bringing deep market insight and a well-established network to the role.
Reflecting on his appointment, Neil said: “This is an exciting move for me to come back to where it all started and to join a dynamic, expanding, and ambitious team.”
Grant Robertson, chairman of Allied Surveyors Scotland, said: “Neil is a stellar signing for our business, and we are pleased to welcome him back to Allied Surveyors Scotland. He brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge, and contacts which will further bolster the commercial arm of our business.”
