After 15 years working across residential lettings and property management, including new build sales at Sotheby’s Realty, residential development consultancy at Savills and custom build at Custom Build Homes, Mr Blair spent the last four years serving as chief operating officer at Auxesia Homes, delivering over 400 new build affordable homes across the north of England in collaboration with volume and SME housebuilders
