David Zwirlein was recently appointed to the new post of director of development and new business at Hillcrest Housing Association.

With many years of experience working in housing, David joins Hillcrest after 17 years with Home Scotland.

David is responsible for implementing the strategy and delivery of new developments across the Hillcrest Group as well as being responsible for new business opportunities. Following a number of changes within the senior management team, David joins Hillcrest at an exciting time and is looking forward to the opportunities ahead.
