The change will see Edward move up from his executive partner position on the board with effect from January 1 next year, succeeding his cousin Gavin who will focus on the group’s renewable energy business.

During his, Gavin guided the business through a transformative period, overseeing the introduction of a new strategy, the appointment of a new chief executive, and a return to profitability.
