We look forward to shaping the future of ABC together.”

The internal promotions form part of a succession plan that creates opportunities for career progression throughout the company.

The business is flourishing and the employee ownership model is allowing all employees to enjoy the benefit of our collective efforts; from internal progression to paying all employees a tax free bonus in January.”
