New homes planned on land at Cumbernauld golf course
Hallam Land Management Ltd has unveiled plans to deliver a new residential development of family homes on land at Dullatur Golf Club in Cumbernauld.

To be designed by Barton Willmore, the development will include much needed private housing and affordable housing as well as providing the local area with significant economic benefits. Funds generated from the development will be used by the golf club to enhance its existing facilities and sustain its long term future.
The developer has formally submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) to North Lanarkshire Council, informing that it intends to submit a planning application for the development following a minimum 12-week consultation period.

An online consultation will take place between 11am and 7pm on May 12 during which representatives of the Project Team will be available to answer any questions and receive feedback through a two-way chat system.
Feedback can also be submitted via the website, and information will be made available in paper format if requested.
Any representations or suggestions for changes to the proposals shared during the online event will be included in a Pre-Application Consultation Report to accompany future applications.
