New housebuilder signs up at Chapelton

Based in St Cyrus, Snowdrop Developments joins AJC, Brio Retirement Living, Stephen and ZeroC in shaping the expanding Chapelton community just five miles south of Aberdeen.

Almost 400 people already call Chapelton home and the introduction of Snowdrop properties will provide new opportunities for those keen to settle in the community which now boasts local amenities including a popular restaurant, visitor centre, hair and beauty salon and nursery school.

Speaking of the introduction of the new homes, The Duke of Fife David Charles Carnegie, director of Elsick Development Company, which is leading the build of Chapelton, said: “Over the past couple of years Chapelton has really become a bustling town with a thriving community. The growing number of residents, accompanied with local facilities, and a calendar of popular events is leading to more and more people calling the town home, as well as plenty of visitors.

“The introduction of homes from Snowdrop Developments will continue to diversify the community as we integrate new house types into the town’s existing landscape. It’s a very exciting time for Chapelton and I am proud to welcome Snowdrop Developments.”

A range of Snowdrop house types including five-bedroom homes will be available adding to the housebuilder’s existing developments in Royal Deeside, St Cyrus and Stonehaven.

Ross Foster at Snowdrop Developments added: “We are very pleased to be building new homes in Chapelton. This is a thriving community where we see great potential and we are confident that prospective buyers will be keen to settle, like the many others that have already.

“Our house types will bring something new to the town’s landscape, with the high-quality build and classic design that we’re known for offering buyers a new product to be excited about.”
