Planning permission has been granted for 132 homes with associated infrastructure and landscaping at a site in Eliburn, Livingston.

The 6.83ha site north of Houston Road and East of School House Road is currently vacant land which is accessed off School House Road.
Barratt Homes will deliver 33 affordable housing units in the north east corner of the site. The remainder of the 99 homes are for private sale.
Network Rail is the current owner of the site.
