New lodge development transforms redundant Fettercairn farm
A new multi million pound lodge development created on former redundant farmland near Fettercairn has been launched by local developer Bill McDonald.
Offering over fifty units in its first phase, Royal Arch Riverside Park is a five star development with a café/bistro currently under construction.
Already the subject of extensive landscaping by Mr McDonald and his team, the Park now has a new access road in and out of the development, featuring eleven new passing places.
Bill McDonald said: “We’re very excited to launch this new venture, the result of a year of extensive planning and development, coupled with considerable investment in infrastructure and security.”
He added: “We’ve assembled a superb selection of luxury lodges to market, the finest to be found in the area. The convenient location attracted us to develop here, literally on the doorstep of Royal Deeside, coupled with the fact the site lies in picturesque scenery, with an open outlook.
“We have not been shy to invest in the park, and it’s benefitting the entire area, with considerable future spin off to come in attracting passing food trade once we are fully established.”
