LHC has a series of new frameworks planned for the coming year including kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, energy efficiency focused frameworks for building insulation and heating services and a new roofing framework. LHC want to ensure that clients and members can quickly and easily identify whether the frameworks can benefit their organisation.

The easy to navigate website has been designed to provide visitors with a positive user experience and straight forward functionality – providing all the information its clients need at the touch of a button.

The refreshed brand will help position LHC as a leading technical procurement specialist and raise its profile among potential clients, members and suppliers.

As we move towards our 50th anniversary in 2016, we recognise the importance of ensuring that our proposition is fresh and innovative while retaining the benefit of experience and providing our clients with a first class service.

LHC now provides framework opportunities for SMEs on a regional basis as well as a range of regional and national contractors to fulfil the requirements of large projects.

LHC frameworks are now grouped in easy to recognise categories, including construction, extension and refurbishment, kitchens and bathrooms, roofing and external services and windows and doors.

New frameworks due to be added later in the year include offsite construction services for new homes – construction services, building insulation, entrance doorsets and flat and pitched roof coverings.
