The proposal by Sedgwick International aims to reconstruct the Whitelee properties in a similar style to their original form, with two central 1.5-storey homes and three two-storey properties at either end.

The new homes will feature a mix of brown/buff brick and white render.

In documents submitted to South Lanarkshire Council, Sedwick International stated: “The rear roofline is retained throughout all 5 houses, only differentiating where required in the front elevation – matching the building form on the neighbouring Mill Rigg.”
