New workspaces created in Glasgow city centre office development
Real estate investment firm AM Alpha has completed new flexible, fully-fitted workspaces at Glasgow’s landmark city centre office development, 200 Broomielaw.
The suites, which range in size from 1,005 sq ft to 1,675 sq ft, have transformed the ground floor and can accommodate businesses of 16-24 people each.
The ground floor workspaces have been designed and delivered by turnkey fit-out specialist, Additae Valorem, and are being marketed for lease by joint letting agents JLL and Adapt Commercial Property.
