Overbury lands Registers of Scotland refurb deal
Office fit out and refurbishment specialist Overbury has secured a contract to deliver the first phase of a refurbishment project at Registers of Scotland’s Meadowbank House offices in Edinburgh.
Selected following a competitive tender process, the deal will see Glasgow-based Overbury help to create 6,000 sq ft of open-plan office space, including traditional workstations, flexible working areas and meeting facilities.
It forms part of the recent framework appointment of Overbury, akp, and Clark Contracts.
Corin Dougall, Overbury’s project manager, said: “We are thrilled to have secured the first significant refurbishment project procured through the framework. We understand the importance of this project to Registers of Scotland and we will create an amazing, high-quality space though our innovative and collaborative approach to project delivery.”
Overbury will work alongside Reid Mitchell, Faithful+Gould, Troup Bywaters+Anders, C2 Concepts, Will Rudd Davidson and Lambert Smith Hampton to complete the project phase.
